Garden in the City

A Tiny garden in the city
Place to touch the soil
And communicate with
The natural order of things
Away from the harshness
Of pavement and concrete
Garden in the city hidden
From view, my tiny place
To catch a glimpse of that
Garden long ago the gift
Given from above to cherish
And protect and love.
