Where I am and Thankful

Sometimes in life we dream
Of being in another time
We would be happier if
Younger, thinner, taller
If working, or at home
We yearn to be somewhere
Anywhere other than where
We are at the present
Lord
Where I am today is fine
Allow me to grasp it fully
I have had my times of
Wishing to be....
This plateau is just for me
I am Here, NOW
Let me celebrate this moment
Allow me to see the opportunity
In the present
Let me be,Thankful Just to be.
