Morning Stretch

The grasses stretch upward
To touch the clear sky
A morning sigh is released
By a gentle breeze , that sway
The tall grasses side to side
Limbering its mass from slumber
To greet the gift of this day.

This is what I tried to capture in my poem, and missed -- you haveevoked the sense and scent of a new day.

Couldn't have done it without rob's wonderful photograph! Yet, I thank you.
