A Little Sea Salt

The salt of the earth, now have we
not all heard those words
We swim in natural salt of the ocean,
We season our food with salt
We cry tears of salt, we sweat and
lose salt
So here is a delightfully simple way
to renew, refresh, re salt make some
of this and enjoy:

Bath Scrub Exfoliate (Home Brew)

one container sea salt any brand
23 ounce (625g) plastic container with lid
Vitamin E antioxidant body oil 8.5 fl. oz U.S.
250ml
You may substitute any oil of your choice
(1) With clean plastic container fill jar with sea salt
(2) Pour vitamin E body oil (purchased) over salt
generously, as salt will absorb the oil used, using
about half of your supply.
(3) Mix oil and salt with clean plastic utensil until
the salt and oil are saturated. Some oil will remain
on the surface, this is expected.
* If you wish a natural fragrance oil of your choice
may be added for aromatic pleasure, use sparingly.

You have just made a healthy exfoliate for your skin.
Do not use upon your face for it is too abrasive for
delicate facial skin. Moisten your skin with lukewarm
water and massage salt scrub in a circular motion.
Gently exfoliate dry, dull skin from the surface. Simply
wash away any excess salt leaving your skin smooth and
deeply moisturized.
CAUTION; shower floor may become slippery with use
exercise caution.

I have made this. it is wonderful You did forget to mention one salt though -- the salt of a good Christian heart! Our pastor spoke of that on Sunday.
