Thunder

Earthquake above
with torn open sky
rumbles of falling rock
roll across the sky
water shed of tears
released from above
thunder sends a
message
loud and clear
of power and energy
we cannot deny

You express your thoughts in poems so well pauline. Wish I could...but am not gifted though.

Indeed thunder clapped its message loud and clear after the lightening flashed as forerunner.

And nature is more powerful and glorious then we could ever hope to be.

When we were young we used to saw that thunder was God bowling.

You've 'painted' the storm, and shown the power, well.

twilite, thank you I try.I am not always pleased with what I write. This morning was easy I merely stated the presence of another force. One larger than ourselves!

quilldancer, "amen"

goldennib, yes I was told not to be afraid for the angels were bowling.

jackie, thanks for the visit; this storm really spoke for itself :)

Growth is the most powerful element of Nature Pauline. its a silent power and we don't see it.
Rest of the elements support the growth.
