A Game Of Peace

Wouldn't it be lovely
to invent a game of
peace
wouldn't it be grand
if everyone would play
a game of life at ease
no strife, no fear
no enemies
wouldn't it be lovely
if we learned to share
our lives, our love,
our world, as we pass
through each fleeting
day and year
wouldn't it be leadership
to initiate this game
for unity and sanity
an all-inclusive
human race

nice post Pauline...its a game that should speak of understanding and sharing...just like you said: //wouldn't it be lovely
if we learned to share//.

And yes! you got the answer right...but we'll wait till everyone finds out. :p

Ill have a contest soon writing, poetry and images. Then there will be prizes...sorry for now. And sorry for not coming here often...been lost in time.

If we could just learn to deal with our emotions we could play this game.

I know for myself I am too reactionary. Given enough time to calm down and think and think of the other person and what his point of view is, I could do this game.

Alas Pauline, all the time spent competing and creating hell, we could have built paradise on earth
for you, for me, and for everyone who ever lived

Hi Pauline! 'a game of peace' -- had never thought of peace this way. Many times I wish I could view life through tinted glasses! Yes...wouldn't it be... Shalom.

ghost particle, :)

goldennib, challenge number one!

quasar, paradise indeed and so close within our grasp. We only need to see the benefits we would reap!

rauf, thank you for visiting; I realize how busy you are :)

twilite, remember sunglasses are made in all shades of different colors. We choose the tint, do we not?

pat, appreciate your comment and visit.

jackie, I'll be by to visit soon. I am still in the baby craze :)
