that diagnose
so if in birth
the number ten
is strong enough
to pass us out
this muscle pain
that now resides
with its
spasmodic code
must be merely
eight
reminding me
of getting old
berating me of my
willfulness
sending messages
in code
of lost youthfulness
where body recognized
no limits
and renewable energy
was stored deep inside
today my reality
is masked behind
a pill
that offers me
ability
to muddle through
but each
necessity
some forced rest
and humble pie
should have me soon
back in stride

Suddenly I have aches and pains where they never resided before. OC told me I was getting old -- and suddenly he experienced a new pain ....

katie,still laughing at my foolish pride. Found something at a health store for pain hope you never need it but if you should it works ARNICARE GEL a homeopathic medicine by Boiron. It is a life saver!
