what is today
that mark upon my calendar
oh yes I do recall
thankfulness for friendship
for strangers passing by
that share a smile
thankfulness for keyboard
strokes that close the
many miles

I remember exchanging valentines in fourth grade: Each would have a pouch taped to the front of the desk and each would distribute valentines to other in equal numbers.

Fourth grade that special valentine box decorated and filled by each student to over flow with special thoughts dispensed on Valentine's Day.
I did look at the box of chocolates but am testing my will power for today ;)
..just feeling grateful
that there ain't any good ecg,
or healthy heartbeat or
proper respiration day!..
... 14th feb comes as a
happy reminder of fondness and love...hopefully,that does'nt mean that the world exists in a state
of forgetfulness wrt these magical emotions!
......and i do wish, republicans or democrats alike, would'nt getting imbued with a little bit of love,as the campaign advances....
...all for a celebration of the gifts that go into the making of life itself!yes,that includes peace and love,
